I recently ordered some Estimote beacons on Amazon from a 3rd party and was wondering what the correct procedure was if I wanted the beacons registered under my account? When I try claiming the beacons using the Estimote mobile app I get the following error message “Claim failed due to server error. Please try again in a few minutes” leading me to believe these beacons have never been activated. The 3rd party seller has also been unresponsive so I’m not sure where to go from here.
