Beacon Claim not Working

I bought a Proximity beacon Kit, but when i try to register the units looks like someone already registered them. Can you help me?

Beacons you buy from are automatically registered to the email address provided during purchase, so when creating an Estimote Cloud account, make sure to use this one (: Then you can transfer your beacons to any other Estimote Account.
