Does anyone know what to do if you …
…can’t register your just delivered beacons
…don’t get a response for claim-request whatsoever
…don’t get a response from estimote whatsoever
I mailed support but I got zero response. I tried claiming my beacons within the iOS-App about 20 times each – nothing. The Demo-Apps don’t work at all, IndoorLocation won’t find the beacons, proximityDemo has the same issue. In the config section I can see all 4 UWB-Beacons but thats about it!
Please help…anyone? Estimote?
