One of my beacon is locked, When I edit the setting, it says something like “out of range”

This usually means that the app can’t detect the beacon.
Can you check if that beacon is detectable with a regular Bluetooth Scanner? You can use this one for example: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/nrf-master-control-panel-ble/id1054362403?mt=8
It should show up as “EST” or “estimote”.
Could it be that the beacon has run out of battery? How old is it? Have you changed its settings?
