Beacon stopped working

Hello,

We have configured beacon few days back and it was working well. But when I checked now suddenly it stopped working?

I checked BT and Location services, both are working good.

In estinote app on my iPhone I am getting beacons detected.

everything was working fine… suddenly it stopped? any clue?

Please write ASAP.

Can you try checking with a Bluetooth scanner? This one for example:

The Estimote Beacons will show up in there as “EST” or “estimote” devices. If you can’t see your beacon in there, shoot us a message at contact@estimote.com and we’ll do our best to help.
