Hi,
I have a set of 3 old Estimote beacons that I got from a contact a while ago (about two years) and I don’t have contact with that person anymore. I’m trying to claim them through the Estimote application but it succeeded for one of them only and after that it just kept showing an error message while trying to claim the other ones.
I was wondering if it was possible to claim them anyway, I don’t want to spend money getting new ones or wasting these perfectly functionnal beacons (I even replaced the dead batteries in them).
I have the Uid, Major, Minor and mac adresses, does anyone knows if there is a solution or if I can contact anyone for this situation ?
