How to Change UIID in iOS App

I am in a fix here and need help. My developer who integrated Estimote with my app is gone and my current iBeacon got destroyed so I got a new one.
The problem is my iOS app wont detect the new estimote beacon that I have got. Is it because I need to update the UIIDs?

Please let me know where can I update the app to get the new beacons detected in the code.

The beacons should be detectable out-of-the-box. Can you double check your Bluetooth and Location Services settings?
