Claimed Beacons don't appear in my Cloud

I’ve had a new set of Beacons arrive, however after using the iOS app to claim them, clicking on the email (sent to the same email address it’s telling me they aren’t owned by), it’s not assigning them to me in my cloud or the iOS app.

I’ve tried emailing and tweeting support, but had nothing back yet - quite frustrating!

Anyone got any suggestions?
