Just received my Beacons but I cannot claim them

Hi all
I just received my new beacons (3) and want to set them up but they are still showing as "In Transit"
I have tried to claim them using the App and they tell me that the owner has been sent an email.

I only ordered the beacons this morning and they arrived within an hour so I am super impressed but am I trying to use them to soon?
