I had 6 beacons in my estimote cloud untill a couple of days ago, and now I can’t find anyone of them. I haven’t received any claim request for my beacons. The original buyer had another account, but then he transferred them to my account (at least 7 months ago). I noticed that the name of the beacons has changed and returned to the original name,
Could you give me some explanations?
