Beacon not on account after a year

Hello!
Over a year ago a bought 3 proximity beacons. I stopped playing with them for a few months, and now only 2 are on my account. I need to use the one that isn’t on my account, but I can’t claim it because I don’t know what email it’s on becauseI haven’t transfered it. What do I do?
