Why Estimote App (IOS) is showing beacon as Lock?

Hello Estimote,

I am developing one prototype application for one of my client. When I got the beacons and configure them using Estimote application (iOS). And they are configured fine and works will for me. So my client is ordered another three beacons. When he tries to connect with beacons using his Estimote application(iOS), then it will showing beacons as lock.

Can you please help me to sort out my issue? Here I have attached screen shots for it.

You probably have Secure UUID enabled for your iBeacon packet. You can read more about Secure UUID on our Dev Portal.
