We cannot guarantee maximum time/speed estimate when beacon detecting is mentioned. It is strictly corelated signal strength, hence we do not provide exact numbers about the accuracy. However, if you need to increase signal reliability, I can suggest you increasing the Broadcasting Power and lowering the Advertising Interval. That should make beacon detection more responsive.
