I am using the template of “Proximity Content for Multiple Beacons” to create a simple application which will display a different message on screen depending on which beacon you are closest to.
We’d like to get the beacons as close together as possible (maybe 3-4m apart) so I have lowered the Broadcasting Power to -40dBm and set the advertising interval to 100ms. However when approaching the beacon it can take anything between 5-10s to switch message.
Is there some happy medium that you might recommend that would get us the best result? Or is there someway in the code we can change the message to only respond to the nearest beacon?
