Using Estimote SDK without Apple Developer Program

Hi, I do not have the apple developer program. I was trying to follow the instruction http://developer.estimote.com/ibeacon/tutorial/part-1-setting-up/

Pre-requisite says that you need Apple Developer program but I was wondering if we can use Mac’s bluetooth?

Yes, you can. With upcoming Xcode 7 you can test your app on your device without needing an developer program. More on 9to5mac.com
