We’ve been getting a lot of emails from people asking about ways of reaching people using our beacons without developing an app.
To cut a long story short, to receive notifications from you, they will have to have your app installed.
It used to be possible for mobile devices to receive notifications using Bluetooth alone, but with Google discontinuing Nearby Notifications, that’s no longer the case.
