Update stops at 10%

I tried to update Estimote beacons last vesrsione A3.2.0.
My smartphone is Android 5.0.
I followed step by step the procedure you require in your video, but the update stops at 10% and comes out the message "Beacon update failed"
My firmware:
My current version A1.9
Hardware Version D3.3
Can you help me fix it

Does retrying the update help? What’s the exact model of the device you use? Any chance you could try with a different device?

My smartphone Sony Android model E2303
I also tried, unsuccessfully, with Samsung Android version 4.3 model GT-19300

Does it fail for just this one beacon, or for all your beacons?
