Unable to Sync Beacon

Hi,

We have got the Proximity Beacons and we have been trying to Sync the Mint Beacon with the iPhone Estimote App.

Following are the steps that we followed:

Steps in Estimote Cloud (cloud.estimote.com).

• Here, the Settings seem OK.
• I can see this Beacon (and other two also).
• Mint beacon has UUID : B9407F30-F5F8-466E-AFF9-25556B57FE6D

Steps in Estimote App in iPhone:

• We tapped on Devices in range.
• We clicked on the Mint Beacon that appeared in the Radar.
• After tapping on it, the app shows its detail.
• Then, under the list, it shows beacon available in Cloud too.
• By tapping it, it shows Details of Beacon in CLOUD.
• We have already claimed this Beacon. However, we aren’t getting any option to sync in the app.

If the UUID, major, and minor values in the app and in Cloud are the same, then your beacon already is in sync. What exactly are you trying to do, and what issue are you running into?
