I want tips on Optimizing Proximity Beacons for Event Management

I am working on an event management project using proximity beacons and I want advice. I have been exploring Estimote’s beacon solutions and they seem to offer great potential but I am struggling with fine-tuning the setup for event needs. I want to ensure that my event’s attendees have a seamless experience, from receiving relevant notifications to location-based triggers but I am not sure how to make sure everything works perfectly.

If anyone has experience optimizing proximity beacons for event management, I want to hear what’s worked for you! I want to know about the best practices for adjusting the signal range, improving battery life and making sure notifications do not become too overwhelming.
