Beacon claim issue


I’m having a set of 6 indoor location beacons from Estimote, The beacons arrived without activation code, I tried to claim the beacons through the application but I didn’t receive any email as owner!

If you ordered on, we don’t use activation codes—instead, we automatically assign the beacons to the email addressed used during purchase. Did you order the beacons yourself? If yes, did you use the email?

Yes I ordered the beacons by myself and I’m sure that I use email!
