Attempted to purchase 3 dev kits but never got welcome email

Hi,

I placed an order for 3 Dev kits on or about 3/27. After I entered my credit card information and shipping information and clicked order I received a message saying: “Yay, you’ve just pre-ordered Estimote Beacons It’s amazing to have you on board the contextual computing revolution! We’ve just sent you a confirmation email to the address you provided.”

No email was ever sent. I checked my spam box. I also opened a help ticket with my university IT department to see if it had been trapped in the university’s spam filters. They never found a message and after a week closed the ticket. I have reached out three times not through email at contact at estimote dot com. I have had no response whatsoever.

I understand it takes time to manufacture these items but not receiving an email confirmation that my order was received is not ok. I am very uncomfortable with my credit card information just hanging around out there with no items to show for my purchase.

Can you please help me out.

I still have not heard from this company. I am getting very frustrated.

We also attempted to purchase the dev kits and also got no response despite getting to the same pre-order confirmation screen. Very similar situation as above. @jimiasty please address this, perhaps there is a system malfunction that is causing you the loss of paying customers.

We recently attempted to purchase too, we also did not receive any email information on the order.

We purchased a Dev kit last Friday and we have not gotten an email confirming it and we have emailed the help desk and the CEO we talked with.
