Recently i am facing a respond issue from your side , before 4 months it took 2 weeks from you to reply and confirm our purchase from of my team (not this account) and now since 8 days i am sending you a purchase request from the account (wedowebappz@gmail.com) since 8 days and till now no reply .

What will happen if i got an urgent big Project and you took long time to reply , before the purchases was happening from the estimote cloud directly without any need to contact you , i recommend to return this feature back as soon as possible .
