Hi, I ordered a set of Dev-kit estimote beacons but got no confirmation, order number or anything that I can use to track my order.
After purchasing the page said: “Yay, you’ve just pre-ordered Estimote Beacons […] We’ve just sent you a confirmation email to the address you provided. Once we send your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.”
I didn´t receive any email or message. I tried to reach the support team through email and Facebook page but had no answer.
Can you help me?
