Sent an email to support but as of yet no response, so hoping someone might be able to help here.
Got 12 Proximity Beacons, 9 on one account, 3 on another and none of them are able to update the firmware.
I’ve not updated in a while, some are on 3.2.0 and some on 3.0.1.
Using the latest iOS app (tried on iOS 10 and iOS 11 Beta 2) to update each Beacon individually, and none of them allow me to update, they just say “This beacon is up to date”.
Any ideas?
