I have a few beacons. 2 of them are not working properly. when i’m putting closer those beacons to my phone it is showing in app but continuous buffering not able to click on anywhere in setting. I wanna change the OS version of both beacons, Because it is showing A 2.2.0 in red letters.
I’m attaching two pictures one is buffering till 10 minutes not able to click on anywhere. Second picture shows that my beacon is close to device but still showing message put the beacon closer.

Can you please check. I’m not able to update the OS version &can’t change any settings.
