Unable to connect my account to estimote

Hi all, I am unable to connect my account and my beacons to estimote server, would it be server problem? right now I could’t modify the beacon setting for further testing:

Can you shoot us a message to contact@estimote.com with your order ID? We’ll investigate why you can’t claim your beacons, and make sure they end up on your account.
