Could I reset my beacon?

My beacon worked correctly, but after update the OS system on my beacon, It does not work now,
i paid 3 beacons, i see 2 on my estimote app but it doesn’t display eddystone URL and i can’t see someone with my estimote app. I am very confuse so i want to reset my beacons, or show me how can i resolve my problem.
