when we use the Indoor App, after set all the beacons up,and finishing the calibration.When we start to walk around ,the Indoor location App now is trying to communicate with a remote server, or is it processing everything related tracking your location changing locally?
Indoor positioning happens on the device, and works perfectly fine offline.
If you store the map of the location in Estimote Cloud (this is the default way, and what we assume in our Indoor tutorial), then the app will need Internet connection to fetch the map. But you can also store the map of the location in the app itself, and then it works even more offline (;
