Problem updating firmware from OS version 1.9.0

Hello,

I have a problem in the update of beacon firmware 3.2.0 from the 1.9.0.

Whenever I press on OS version on the Android app it says:

Could not retrieve latest firmware information: could not find firmware for your device.

Can you help me on this?

Can you message me the MAC address of that beacon?

The MAC address is E4:27:57:5E:2F:BD

Thanks! I checked our Cloud records, and looks like we don’t have the Hardware Revision for that beacon, that’s why Cloud can’t find a suitable firmware for it. The HW revision should be imprinted on the PCB though, if you let me know what it is, I can update our Cloud records.
