I am trying to setup iBeacons in the Mac app Pencilcase to change page/content views when individuals approach beacons. I have the name, major/minor, and UUID matching in the Estimote config app and Pencilcase.
One weird thing I’ve noticed is that the Primary Packet Type on my beacons keep switching from Apple iBeacon to Estimote Default. Other than that, I can’t seem to find the issue. I’ve tried lowering the transmit power and approaching for several feet away. Nada.
Any tips?
