No Response from Customer Support Email


We have placed two separate orders for beacons, but have not received any information in regards to shipping.

We’ve emailed the customer support email numerous times, but have not received a response in weeks.

The turnaround time states “We typically respond to every email within 24 hours.”, but this hasn’t been the experience for me.

Is there some other form of communication other than email and this forum?

I need assistance as soon as possible
