We have ordered 3x beacon bulk (75 beacons) and a cloud licence for one year, on june 2019. However, the beacons were not delivered until today, we are actually waiting for them. In the estimote cloud, it is said that the beacons are in shipment status, but UPS said that the order was not received by their services. We have contacted the estimote team several times but they haven’t answer our messages. Is their a problem, because we have paid the order and everything was ok. Stil waiting for this beacons, we really need them before the first week of october. Is it possible, to inform us about the status of the order number: 92e442f00b2e2e86bdc59bf62dc3ee5e.
