I try not to complain too much, but when a support ticket sits around for almost 3 days, it looks pretty bad.
My oldest ticket is: Request #106704.
Someone in support, please get this unstuck.
I wrote an email to email@example.com
Then I got an automatic reply with a message, that it can take about one business day, before I can hear from estimote.
It was on 28.06.2017 (!)
And still no reply!!!
