Hey,
is it possible to measure a room with beacon position on eye level and after that to put them in a higher position? In my view it doesn’t work well, because i’ve to put my phone up to the ceiling?
So do I need to make the whole thing from the beginning in the endheight? Maybe you have some tips for me?

Yup, you could do that. The calibration procedure doesn’t actually measure the height of the beacon, only the shape/size of the room and horizontal spacing. It’s the Indoor algorithms that are tuned around the assumption that the beacons are positioned at chest height. So the only drawback is, the accuracy of the positioning might be diminished.
