Chat app functionalities

  1. Registration or login with fb and g+
  2. User profile - picture, name and age
  3. List of other registered users (list of profiles)
  4. Users can start 1-1 chat.

Max budget is 500 usd for this version of app.
Needs to be done as web app via phonegap compilation. Mockup or design will be provided.
Upgrade with additional functionalities is planned for later versions.
