Lookin for cross-platform mobile development

Hi there,

I looking for some cross-platform mobile development. I need develop for Android, iOS and Windows Phone. I found plugins for PhoneGap (Evothings, https://github.com/petermetz/cordova-plugin-ibeacon), but they support only Android and iOS platform. Does anyone know any plugin for PhoneGap or another cross-platform framework?

I’m not aware of any plugin that’d support Windows Phone—mostly because support for Bluetooth LE is still in very early stages, and heavily limited, even in the Windows Phone 8.1. Microsoft is said to expand it in Windows 10, we’ll if that helps.
