Location builder in Android indoor sdk?

I recently started android developing and I’ve a bunch of bacons. So bascially I need to make a location to get started. Is there a location builder for android like ios? The android indoor sdk javadoc seems pretty sketchy to me…

yes location id == location identifer.
And I’d be interested in this answer as well. The online instructions are only shown for Swift and Objective-C…
