Do you mean a hybrid solution like PhoneGap / ReactNative / Xamarin, where you build one app and it works on both iOS and Android? There are 3rd party components for the ones I mentioned that work with Estimote Beacons:

I am using Intel XDK framework to develop hybrid apps.Is there any possibility to get estimote beacon UUID,Major,Minor Id using javascript.
