I can't manage all my nearables

as a object i can’t manage all my nearables because the ESTIMOTE ios app can’t see them… Can you help me please?
It can see only the Beacons.

Device: iphone 6;
iOS Version: 10.3.3
Estimote app Version: 2.30.6
