It’s not a rare occasion that beacons are falling when you place them on the ceiling.
I’m trying to figure out how to get fall alerts to our email.
First, all of our beacons are configured as telemetry and I can see I’m getting telemetry data in the beacon setting, then I turn on the fall alert in estimote cloud.
But when I drop the beacon multiple times, no matter how high I can’t get those emails?
I’m supposed to get those alerts only if I see the flickering light?
