Getting access to Beacons belonging to account

I am an developer and I need to access Beacons using Estimote cloud. I got 3 email ids from our client, by one of which the beacons are been purchased. I tried accessing all 3 email ids accounts on estimote cloud but still in Beacons section ,there are no beacons listed and I get a message as

“It seems you don’t have any beacons registered in Cloud. Please contact
our Support Team if you feel this is wrong or purchase new beacons”

Please tell me how can I resolve this issue.

Please send me an email at witek[at]estimote.com with the UUIDs/major/minor numbers of these beacons. We’ll figure that out :smile:
