Fetching attachments from Cloud failed

Hello,

I did everything on iOS-tutorial(below). But I failed. What could be the reason? Where do I have to check?

I checked on web but I found nothing.

The “underlying error” code=0 leads me to believe the request has timed out. Do you keep running into this when you retry? Are you on a stable network and/or is there a firewall on your network that could be blocking Estimote Cloud?
