I purchased 2 dev kits (6 total UWB tags) and I attempted to claim the tags using the Estimote app. However, none of the tags are showing up in the Estimote app (I tried with my iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPad Pro, etc.). I have emailed contact@estimote.com to try and get help with the issue multiple times, but I have yet to hear back.
I was able to see the dev kit beacons using an older version of the Estimote app apk on an android device, but all of the tags were already claimed. I used the option to try and claim the tags (app said an email was sent to the tag owner(s)), so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
