Detect Battery value from different SDK other than Estimote

In IOS, I am getting "Device Information" = <95da7785 b0e7b695 da7785>;
how to get the beacon battery life, also, after exploring the bluetooth packet I got 0201061aff4c000215
b9407f30f5f8466eaff925556b57fe6d
da958577b60000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. Where is the battery value in this packet?

You can access the battery life information only after connecting to beacon, and that's only possible with official Estimote SDKs.
