Create context application using java android sdk

Hi,

I am new to Android development using estimote beacons and I was wondering if there are any suggestions(links, source code or tutorial) to help me build a context Java Android application using Android SDK.I already tried the tutorial that estimote provides for Setting up,Background monitoring, Ranging beacons but I wanted to move the knowledge further. Thank you for your time.
