I’m trying to update one of my Beacon’s settings. The beacon shows up in the Estimate iOS app radar and list. But when I try to to edit the settings by clicking on the iBeacon field in the Packets tab for that beacon, I get an error message that says “Come Closer to the beacon. With this version of the app you cannot change settings of beacons that are out of your range”. Unfortunately, I still get this message when my iPhone 7 is touching the beacon itself. I can’t get any closer so I’m not sure what to do next. I’ve tried this process repeatedly without any success.
Any suggestions?
