Can't see Mirror on the Cloud dashboard

I don’t see my mirror on the cloud dashboard, I’ve sent out an email to customer support.
My understanding is that the Mirror demos (Distance, Sneakers, Flight Info, Crowd ) on the Estimote app should work even when the device is not connected to cloud dashboard. krogerfeedback survey

All Estimote beacons are initially assigned to the email address provided during purchase on estimote.com. If somebody else bought your beacons for you, or if you bought from a 3rd party, you can ask them to reassign the beacons to you.

I do believe that should be the case, unless the original owner of the Mirror changed its Access Mode. It’s “open” by default in a dev kit, which means anyone can try/test the Mirror, but it’s possible to switch it to “owner-only”.
