Can only track one beacon from Dev Kit of three

Hello,

Today I tried to start using Estimote beacons for the first time. I have a Development Kit of three beacons, but using the Estimote app I am only able to see one of them (the light blue one).

The other two do not show up in the Estimote app, nor any other iBeacon / BLE scanner on the Play Store.

I am using an LG G4, but have tried on an iPhone 5S with the exact same results.

What could be going wrong? - Thanks

The two beacons could be defective—email us at contact@estimote.com, we’ll do something about it!
