I’m trying to keep the beacon sending messages all the time, but I cant do this.
Is there a way to do this?

Not sure I understand. Estimote Beacons are always on, broadcasting every 950 ms by default, 24/7. Unless you enabled “Flip to Sleep,” then you can “disable” the beacon by putting it upside-down.
What exact problem are you facing?
