Xamarin binding for Estimote iOS SDK

I'm working on an updated Xamarin binding for iOS at the moment, using the new Unified API and the latest Estimate SDK (the links given in the knowledge base are old ones, pre iOS 8).

It's lacking a decent demo app which I'll be working on soon. Any contributions gratefully received.

Just updated to the latest SDK. No proper demo app yet, but working on it at the moment.
